Switched Electrical : Harcourts, New Plymouth

Switched Electrical worked closely with the Harcourts team to provide innovative solutions in Lighting and Design for their new office space.

We worked with Harcourts New Plymouth to design all aspects of lighting in the new office, to create an inviting, modern and functional space. Each room in the new premise has a specific purpose, and it was important for us to get the lighting, power, and heating requirements right first time.

Our registered electricians had to work quickly and liaised with other contractors to meet an important deadline. Efficient communication was key in the project as it was quite a complicated renovation. A few of the tasks that our tradesman worked through were:

Updating the fluoro lighting
Rewiring new premises
Upgrading the switchboard
Connecting new heat pumps
Installing data outlets and new main data server
Getting power to the shop frontage for street signs
Projector in conference room

The final product was of a high professional standard, and we were proud of our team from the beginning design to the final streamlined office, combining two separate areas into one continual space. http://taranaki.harcourts.co.nz/
